The weather today was much the same as last week. Not raining but very wet under foot. Much of the trail
was muddy with a few wallows and quite heavy going. The route touched a walk we did a few weeks ago so we
passed Moors Farm again. (Sun gun?). Three beakaways decided to stay on tarmac from this point while the
rest of us carried on and weren't far behind by the time we reached Lye Green.
Seven of us completed the walk and were joined by another six in the Black Cat. Luckily, this time we were in the bar area (as opposed to the dining room in the back) which was much more homely. Three beers available but we left the Youngs and were drinking Timothy Taylor "Landlord" and Chiltern "Ruby". Ace.
