Mostly sunny and mild day. It seems summer is finally here (for this week at least).
A steepish climb at the beginning of the walk and a more gentle descent on to the old
railway trackbed. We skipped the eastern loop to save some time. 4.7 miles in 2h.
Nine and one dog enjoyed the walk and a further seven joined us for lunch in the garden. Two ales on offer, St. Austels "Tribute" and Hook Norton "Hooky Bitter" which was very good.
