2016 April 28 Chipperfield - Windmill

Cool but fairly sunny and no rain. A little damp in places but otherwise OK. The course was modified on the western flank so as to avoid the road. We went up a path behind the houses. Some deviants cut a lot more off than this and some cut off the final zigzag through the wood leaving just three puritans on the path of righteousness. Tricorder said 5.4 miles but probably nearer 5.1 miles in 2 hours.

Eight and three dogs joined us for the walk with four more turning up just for the beer. Food delivery was a bit slow despite pre-ordering but good. Three ales on tap but most of us were drinking the "Reverand James" from Brains.
